CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session:

  • 48+ hours’ notice: You will receive a full refund or may reschedule your session.

  • 24–48 hours’ notice: You will receive a 50% refund, or the option to reschedule once.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice or non-attendance: The session fee is non-refundable.
